Our accommodation packages are designed to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable stay. Here’s what you can expect:
Accommodation Package:
* Stay at Hip-notics in double occupancy rooms.
* Enjoy 3 delicious home-cooked meals a day featuring local and international cuisine.
* Unlimited use of all full-size cables and basic equipment, including easy-up boards for beginners, vests, and helmets.
* Access to Wi-Fi, trampoline, beach volleyball, basketball, pickle ball, kicker table, and jacuzzi, sauna, gym, cold water pool and many more.
* Check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 10:30.
* Children under 6 stay free of charge as the third person in a room with 2 paying guests.
* Children aged 7 to including 11 receive a 20% discount.
* Non-riders get a 20% discount (please confirm non-riding status in your reservation request).
* Room pricing is based on a minimum double occupancy.
* Single occupancy is available at an additional 25% charge (subject to confirmation).
* Week packages typically run from Saturday to Saturday; please confirm travel dates before booking flights.
* A 2% accommodation tax is not included in the package price.
Extras:
* Airport transfers available for €30/person/way (€50 for a single person)
* Additional services such as beverages, obstacle boards, sports massage, excursions, and private coaching at L3 Lake are available at specified prices.
Payment Policy:
* Payment can be made upon arrival in EUR, GBP, TL, USD, or through advance payment (50% deposit is optional before your trip).
* We accept DEBIT or CREDIT card payments with a 5% bank charge, charged only in Turkish Lira.
Cancellation Policy:
* If a confirmed reservation is canceled less than 45 days before the arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
* Hip-notics reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of confirmed reservations in the future.
